User Agreement

Last updated: September 8, 2026

This agreement governs your use of QuantVoro (the “platform”) and the services offered through it. “We” and “us” mean QuantVoro and its operators; “you” means the account holder. By registering an account, funding it or placing a trade, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the platform.

1. Eligibility

You may open an account only if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, are acting on your own behalf, and are not barred from using services of this kind under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for knowing whether trading these products is lawful where you live. We may decline or close an account where we cannot satisfy ourselves on any of these points.

2. Your account

  • One person, one account. Accounts are not transferable and may not be operated on behalf of anyone else without our written agreement.
  • The information you give us at registration and verification must be accurate and kept current.
  • You are responsible for your login credentials and your security password. Activity carried out with your credentials is treated as yours.
  • Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

3. Verification

We are required to identify our users. You agree to provide identity documents and any further information we reasonably request, and you agree that we may verify it with third-party providers. Until verification is complete, some functions — withdrawals in particular — remain unavailable.

4. Deposits, balances and withdrawals

Deposits are credited once confirmed on the relevant network or received through the relevant payment rail. You are responsible for sending funds to the correct address on the correct network; assets sent to a wrong or unsupported destination generally cannot be recovered.

Withdrawals are paid to a destination you control and are subject to verification, the limits shown on the withdrawal page, and review where a request is inconsistent with the account's history. We do not pay withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5. Trading

Prices displayed on the platform are drawn from live market data. A trade is binding once accepted; the entry price is the price recorded at that moment. Fixed-duration positions settle automatically at expiry and cannot be cancelled once open.

We may suspend trading in an instrument where the underlying market is closed, disrupted, or quoting prices we cannot verify. Where an order is executed on a manifestly wrong price — a feed error rather than a market move — we may void the trade and return the stake.

6. Fees

Fees applicable to a deposit, trade or withdrawal are shown before you confirm it. We may change the fee schedule; changes take effect when published and do not apply retroactively to positions already open.

7. What you must not do

  • Use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
  • Trade on the basis of information you know to be confidential or improperly obtained.
  • Manipulate prices, exploit a pricing or software error, or coordinate accounts to do so.
  • Use automated systems to attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Impersonate another person, or open an account using another person's identity or funds.

We may suspend or close an account, and withhold funds pending investigation, where we have reasonable grounds to believe any of the above has occurred.

8. Risk

Trading carries the risk of losing the money you commit, and in volatile markets that can happen quickly. You trade on your own judgement. Nothing on the platform is investment advice or a recommendation to enter any particular position. Read our Risk Disclosure before you trade.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network faults, third-party outages and events outside our control can interrupt service. Where we can give notice of planned downtime, we will.

10. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud. See Legal Liability for the detail.

11. Changes and termination

We may amend this agreement. Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept them. You may close your account at any time once open positions have settled and any remaining balance has been withdrawn.

12. Contact

Questions about this agreement can be raised through live chat, available from any page on the platform.
