Risk Disclosure
Read this before you trade. It sets out, in plain terms, how you can lose money on this platform. It is not a formality, and it is not exhaustive.
You can lose what you commit
Every product offered here carries the risk of loss. On fixed-duration positions, an outcome that goes against you costs the full stake. On leveraged or margin products, losses scale with the leverage applied and can exceed your initial outlay. Only commit money you can afford to lose entirely without it affecting how you live.
Markets move for reasons you cannot predict
Currency, metal, energy, equity and digital-asset prices respond to interest-rate decisions, inflation data, geopolitical events, regulatory announcements, liquidity shifts and sentiment. These arrive without warning and can move a price sharply within seconds. Past performance of an instrument, a strategy or an algorithm tells you nothing reliable about its future results.
Digital assets are more volatile than traditional markets
Crypto markets trade continuously, are thinner than major currency markets, and can gap heavily on news or on a single large order. Regulatory action in one jurisdiction can reprice an asset globally within hours. Size your positions accordingly.
Short-duration trading concentrates that risk
A fixed-duration Higher/Lower position resolves entirely on where the price sits at one moment. Over short windows, price movement is dominated by noise rather than by anything you can analyse, and frequent trading multiplies both your exposure and the fees you pay. Consistently profitable short-duration trading is rare.
Leverage magnifies both directions
Leverage increases gains and losses in the same proportion. A move that would be trivial on an unleveraged position can close out a leveraged one. If your margin falls below the required level, positions may be closed automatically at the prevailing price, which may be far worse than the level you had in mind.
Operational and technical risk
Internet connectivity, device failure, exchange outages, data-feed interruptions and scheduled maintenance can all delay or prevent an order from being placed or closed at the moment you intend. Build that possibility into how you trade rather than assuming continuous access.
Currency and settlement risk
Where your deposit currency differs from the currency an instrument is quoted in, exchange rates affect your result independently of the trade itself. On-chain settlement also depends on network conditions: confirmation times and network fees vary with congestion.
No advice, no guarantees
Nothing published on this platform — prices, charts, strategy descriptions, analytics or support messages — is investment advice or a recommendation. No return is promised or guaranteed on any product, including algorithmic strategies. Where a strategy states an expected range, that is an expectation, not an undertaking. If you are unsure whether a product suits your circumstances, take independent professional advice before committing funds.
