Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

This policy explains what personal information QuantVoro collects, why we need it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to the platform and the services offered through it.

1. What we collect

  • Identity data — name, date of birth, nationality, government-issued identity document and, where required, a photograph or short video for liveness checks.
  • Contact data — email address, phone number and residential address.
  • Financial data — deposits, withdrawals, wallet addresses, bank account details, balances and trading history.
  • Technical data — IP address, device and browser characteristics, and session logs.
  • Support data — the content of chats and tickets you send us.

Identity documents, biometric checks and financial records are sensitive. We collect them only where a legal obligation or a specific service requires it, and we handle them under stricter internal access controls than ordinary account data.

2. Why we use it

  • To open and operate your account and to process deposits, trades and withdrawals.
  • To verify who you are and to meet anti-money-laundering and sanctions obligations.
  • To detect and investigate fraud, account takeover and market abuse.
  • To provide support and respond to what you ask us.
  • To keep the platform secure and to diagnose faults.
  • To send service messages. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and can be switched off at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the platform performs. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without breaking sign-in. You can clear or block the rest through your browser, accepting that some features will stop working.

4. Who we share it with

  • Identity and screening providers, to verify documents and check sanctions and politically-exposed-person lists.
  • Payment and blockchain-analytics providers, to move funds and to assess the risk attached to an address.
  • Infrastructure and security providers, who host and protect the platform under contract.
  • Regulators, law enforcement and courts, where we are legally required to disclose, or where disclosure is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Service providers act on our instructions, are bound by confidentiality, and may not use your information for their own purposes. Where information is transferred across borders, we put contractual safeguards in place before it moves.

5. How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to staff who need it for a defined task, and is logged. We test our systems, patch them, and run an incident process for suspected breaches. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay if a breach is likely to affect your rights.

6. How long we keep it

Account, identity and transaction records are kept for the period financial-services and anti-money-laundering law requires — typically at least five years after the account closes. Support conversations and technical logs are kept for shorter periods. When a retention period ends, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

7. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent where consent is what we rely on. Some requests conflict with our legal record-keeping duties; where we cannot act on one, we will explain why. Contact us through live chat to make a request.

8. Children

The platform is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it and delete the data we are not required to keep.

9. Changes to this policy

We will publish any change on this page with a new effective date. Where a change materially affects how we use your information, we will notify you directly before it takes effect.
